In this free online 4-week course, you’ll explore practical ways to release pressure, rest without guilt, and rebuild your daily rhythm from the inside out. Using gentle tools like body awareness, story, ritual, and nature, you’ll learn how to shift from survival mode to something softer, slower, and more sustainable.

This is not a fitness, yoga, or exercise course.

Why I Created This Course

My name is Marianna Trezza and I was born in Italy and have lived in London for 28 years.

Over the years, I have experienced exhaustion myself,
the kind that doesn’t disappear with sleep.
The kind that comes from holding too much responsibility for too long.

At different moments in my life, I was supported by other women.
Women who listened.
Women who shared their wisdom.
Women who helped me find my way back to calm, clarity and vitality.

Alongside my personal journey, I have spent years studying, practising and integrating therapeutic and body-based approaches that help women:

regulate their nervous system

rebuild sustainable energy

reconnect with their body

release pressure and unrealistic standards

restore rhythm and inner steadiness

This course is my way of giving back.
